About Grant
I started my career at seventeen years old after declining university, much to my parents’ dismay. I progressed from renting rooms in house shares to selling the UK’s most expensive home just last year.
I have spent the last 20 years across three different brands, a mixture of independents and corporate agencies, culminating with a groundbreaking Senior Leadership position as Head of Private office London for one of the world’s most prominent brands, working with UHNWIs to buy and sell property.
I led the UK’s highest grossing and most successful team for a decade and was one of the youngest Heads of Private Office in the world when appointed, while age is no guarantee of experience or innovation, I have a complimentary blend of both.
Across my career I have built a strong personal brand collecting accolades such as the “UK’s number 1 agent”, The Times. “London’s Coolest Agent”, Living etc, and was proclaimed a “Superstar Agent” by the Financial Times.
I am regularly invited to speak at Private Banks and am often quoted in the press or present on panels to discuss market dynamics.
I am the most followed agent in Europe on Instagram and this social media presence has resulted in record breaking deals across the capital.
